Ektachrome was better.

I gots me some Dynachrome, but I keeps it in the ga-rage...
I preferred Ektachrome, but I took a lot of Kodachrome as well—with an Agfa camera. I now have two Nikons—a D200 DSLR and a Coolpix L4 point-and-shoot.
Depends on your application.
I had Ektachrome 400 film in my camera when grabbed for a ski trip to Lake Placid. Turned out to be gorgeous, but the lens flare in the photos from the top of Whiteface would embarrass JJ Abrams.
Had I had even Kodachrome 64...
I developed many rolls of Ektachrome in my kitchen sink in the early 80s. Kodachrome had to be sent off to a lab.
