Went crazy with the smoker last night. Made beef ribs, pork ribs, and pulled pork shoulder sammiches. Along with fried potato wedges, popcorn shrimp and jalepeno poppers.

Question about ribs..I bought slab of baby backs today to cook tomorrow.
Crazy but I’ve never cooked myself!
Read something about removing the membrane? Guess I should’ve asked butcher when I bought..
I’m going to bake first & then throw on bbq to finish.
