Anyone accepting federal subsidies who sees 40% and more increases in their medical bills deserves to suffer.

The only people that will see a premium increase are those NOT getting a subsidy. Subsidies are designed to cap the premium paid by those under 400% of the FPL. They will pay the same rate, no matter what the premium is - the subsidy will just get increased.

Those who are willing to use government force to steal from those who produced that wealth deserve to lose whatever this terrible law costs them.

Not that I am not disagreeing with you because I am no socialist - but just to take this premise one step further... how about those collecting social security beyond what they paid in? SS is highly socialized. Those that pay in little get back much more than they ever paid in, subsidized by those that earned more and so paid in more. For instance, if my husband were to keep working for 17 years and keep paying in at the max rate, he'd pay in close to $150,000. That's only his portion, not his employer's. But his net increase in SS payments if he takes SS at 67 and lives to the average of 82 will only be around $40,000. That's socialism for you. And why he's quitting his high paying job this year so we can Go Galt. (see my tagline)

Actually, no. No one who works to retirement (as opposed to social security disability), not even those who live to 100, will collect more than a trivial return on their social security payments (adjusted for inflation and the present value of a future stream of payments). It's not socialism to accept that rare small return on an involuntary savings plan, and I don't see any logic in the comparison.
