Impeachment at this point is a fool’s errand. Neither the Democrats nor their wholly owned gope subsidiary will impeach, much less convict Hussein. Were the attitude different the process would take too long and Hussein’s chains will be clamped to the citizenry before it ever gets to a significant stage. It is long past time for such procedures. It is probably past time for voting.
Obama Administration Knew that al Qaeda Terrorists Had Planned Benghazi Attack 10 Days in Advance
Here is some text from those documents...
A Defense Department document from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), dated September 12, 2012, the day after the Benghazi attack, details that the attack on the compound had been carefully planned by the BOCAR terrorist group “to kill as many Americans as possible.”(snip)
The attack was planned ten or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012.
Nice review of impeachment and trial. Something important was left out, however.
In addition to removal from office, the Senate may also impose the penalty of disqualification from any office of trust or profit under the United States.
When this was devised by Parliament in the early days of impeachment, THAT was the real importance of it. They could not attack the king directly, but over a period of several hundred years, they acquired a method of preventing the king from choosing ministers hostile to the Houses of Parliament.
By this reasoning, the Congress COULD impeach Hillary Clinton in order to PREVENT her from holding high office, rather than to remove her from an office.
