YouTube should not have been forced to take down an anti-Muslim film that sparked violence in the Middle East and death threats to actors, a federal appeals court ruled Monday in a victory for free speech advocates.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal sided with Google, which owns YouTube, after free speech advocates urged the court to overturn a 2-1 decision by three of its judges. The three judges had ordered YouTube to take down the video.

Who cares at this point, unless that film director needs this done so that he can sue for slander. They’ve already ruined his professional life for the time being.
If this film director survives the Obama Admin. he’ll have some interesting stories to write, and tell through film.

It wasn’t rioting and it wasn’t caused by a video. Other than that, this headline is spot on.
Carrying on Hillary’s big fat lie forward, even after it was exposed as a lie (the youtube video caused the murder of our Ambassador), is a big deal. They are lying in a court of law now.
