That was the idea behind
One Laptop Per Child.
Of course, OLPC included a keyboard and monitor. But Chip just the next iteration of this trend.
Then again, I was a backer BEFORE it made funding, somewhere around the 150th or so supporter (grin)

Sure could as long as you provide monitor, keyboard, case, power supply, mouse, etc. Extended cost about $400.00.
Now if this could fit into an Apple Pad, then you’ve got something.
