How is this Subway’s fault?
Apparently, Subway didn't ask if she was a lunatic in the application process. Crazy times we live in, I guess.
“How is this Subways fault?”
Precisely. In agency theory, this is called a “frolic of her own”. Unless this was done within the scope pf her employment, while working, and Subway can be shown to have condoned or ratified the action it’s her problem, not their problem.
Subway (and other other fast food joints) would remove all these “workers” and automate the whole processed “food” serving process. But the technology is not yet there. Wait 10 years (or sooner if this crap continues), the whole McJobs will dry up as automation replaces these drones.
You don’t see Netflix hiring a bunch of video store “clerks” and you don’t see Amazon hiring a bunch of cashiers.
“How is this Subways fault?”
It’s not, but...
The liberal’s method of seeking retribution against a person thru ANY & ALL means possible is quickly being learned by others.
Its not. But I certainly don't want low-lifes like this anywhere around this white guy's food.
“How is this Subways fault?”
It is NOT the employer’s fault.
Hopefully the employment agreement, has a strong clause about the employee harming the employer’s reputation.
She should be terminated for that reason alone.
I believe most Subway’s are franchises. The Subway company has an interest in the reputation, caused by the franchisee and their employees.
Therefore it is likely the franchise agreement calls on the franchisee to prevent activities of precisely the kind herein depicted.
Again, a basis for firing the little angel.
