I don’t think .net is an app. More like some layer of java like stuff that links to NSA.It is an object framework (much like Java). I'm not aware of any links to NSA, and it seems to work fine on air-gapped systems.

I don’t think .net is an app. It's not an "app" in and of itself. It's a platform you can build apps from.
