Beautiful! I have a nice iris collection. I love iris even managed to fertilize them this year. We are only just now starting to get a few flower spikes starting.
Love the pic of your bearded Iris. My Gramma had those things planted all around her yard fence and up next to the house.
After she passed my lil brother moved into the house. He’s pretty much disabled due to a couple back surgeries and a couple more head injuries. He had no interest or ability to keep the flowerbeds clean so Mrs. Augie and I would go over there every spring and dig some up to bring home. Now we have Irises and daffodils from Gramma’s yard all around our yard.
Makes me think of my Gramma and brings a big smile every time I look at them. Especially on Mother’s Day.
