A few years ago, I was unemployed and had a very positive interview, expecting an offer. My daughter posted it on facebook. I told her that I didn’t know how savvy the company was and since some companies check out social media, I didn’t want them coming across her showing me as being presumptive.

She didn’t understand why I wanted the post removed but finally did it.

BTW, I got the job.

Facebook isn’t your problem. Your daughter with the sharing problem is.

Glad you got the job, but don’t you have any concerns that your kid is sharing YOUR info online?
