Unfortunately, I believe Christians will go thru the Tribulation. It is from there, that God will separate the wheat from the Chaff. That is during those difficult times God will test his people - just saying.
That’s exactly what happens. God will provide during this time, but we will be experiencing what the lost will be experiencing.
One interesting observation, the description of thebTen Last plagues sound awfully a like what a nuclear holocaust might sound be like.
He has promised to protect those that keep his commandments in a place that he has prepared for us “in the desert.”
The trib is all about Satan’s wrath toward Yehova’s elect. So if you think you are his elect, you should expect some tribulation.
Scripture clearly tells us through Paul's letters that God has not appointed us unto wrath, but to obtain Salvation. 1Thess4:13-18 is a clear picture of a super natural event. You won't want to be an earthling a minute after it happens. And it happens BEFORE the seventieth week of Daniel's prophecy, to end the Church Age and usher in the last week of sabbatical years in God's dealing with the Jews.
The rapture (harpazo in Greek, rapturo in Latin) will be a world-wide phenomenon. And those who proclaim as Peter did in Matthew 16:16 are the ones who will be whisked away. And then the Tribulation begins.
I believe Christians will go thru the Tribulation.
