My Courier followed him upstairs, sneaked his Pistol and when he thought she was going to sleep with him I whipped it out and splattered the walls with his gore. ;)
I have a mod with an android follower. I let her kill him once. One smack, one kill. Boring...but no less satisfying ;)
The game ignores her presence up there so you can also have her bring in flame throwers, then take and use them. Any big weaponry. Which is also satisfying.

If your “female” courier ...Ahem...whipped it out, where exactly did you go to get that sort of mod?????? I know there’s an Asian doc that does all sorts of body mods and all but I didn’t see that one in the stock game.
