You forgot the 4700-word speculative blathery opinion piece a la Salon whereby the implied demeaning of Blacks by offering them only entry-level jobs was solved by importing millions of unskilled but more-willing-to-work Hispanics. Democrats pointed to Republican obstrutors who stopped numerous bills in the house that would grant MD status to thousands of inner city Blacks that would give them provisional licenses to practice medicine and to open subsidized neighborhood clinics (since they are already undocumented pharmacists) and forgive student loan taken out by current and former medical students thus it’s George Bush’s fault. The end.
Now what the Current Occupant of the White Hut is proposing, is an example of “cognitive dissonance”, saying one thing while simultaneously promoting its counter strategy.
Importing unskilled manual labor, while simultaneously denying a large unemployed population access to these same sources of gainful employment, serves nobody, either the imported workers or those already here denied a place in the labor market.

Obviously, nobody knows the actual numbers, but it’s generally believed that the figures above are roughly correct about the proportion of changes over time.
Which means Obama neither started nor particularly accelerated the influx. Allowing it has, sadly, been one of our few truly bipartisan policies.

Get Fox or CNN to ask the “average” Baltimore citizen that WANTS a job what he/she thinks of job opportunities and THEN ask what he thinks about 8,000,000 illegals in the country...bwahahahahhahahahahahaha

Exactly. Immigrants and illegal aliens take away the jobs from all Americans, especially black Americans. They also use up the limited resources.
Today, I saw two black men in my yard in the landscape service shirts. They came to the door to get the skinny on what needed to be done. They are still out there and have been working their rumps off for the past 5 hours!
I am beginning to think that it is a myth that illegals (or summer green card workers)take the jobs that no one else wants. Maybe fewer illegals would lead to greater employment of black youth!
