OK, you tell me, what is the country going to do with all the people who will no longer have a salable skill to offer due to robotics?They will have to acquire new skills.

They will have to acquire new skills. Yep.
In the past a person could have one skill or job for an entire career.
In the near future, we will have to continually retrain for existing jobs (changing) and new positions.

What about that large percentage of the population, probably something close to 50% and continually increasing, who are not intellectually capable of mastering the new skills?
