I’ve been wondering that too. And .. I also noticed that a lot of black ADULTS did stand up and shield the police line from the rioters .. which to me was a very good sign.
I know there are a lot of GOOD black men who work hard for a living and do a great job supporting their families. We need to keep praying over them to not lose heart.
They weren’t shielding the police.....they were standing against the rioters with police backup. (They had the guns). It was saying...You’re not going to destroy my community and we have backup.

No we need to be praying they’ll have courage to stand up in their communities against the tide of drugs and violence....and those destroying their community...not going to change unless they do as a group ...as we saw in that photo.
