Come across this issue in Europe a lot. How hard is it to put a pair of drawers on a kid? Really? We saw it in Italy years ago.At the hotel pool a woman walks by with a little girl (maybe 2 or 3 years old) in tow.Naked as a jaybird.It sounded like they were speaking German.
