The Dolphins used the third pick of the 2013 draft, after trading up, on this guy. I remember lots of draft experts were scratching their heads when the GM made this move.

I remember lots of draft experts were scratching their heads when the GM made this move. As far as I can tell, the issues were his ability to play DE and durability - drug use is a new wrinkle.
