He will do whatever he can-
He even stole camera time

Hogging the podium, scolding
He blamed almost every cop

I saw the replay of him responding to the reporter’s dog whistle, dismissing the Japanese PM with I’m sorry, this is important-as if the PM’s visit was trivial-I can’t believe the lack of manners...
