The famous Kerner Commission Report was 47 years ago. The report said if we spent billions and did Affirmative Action that the "root causes" of the riots would be extinguished.
Well? OK, we didn't spend billions, we spent trillions.

The mileage from the Kerner Commission is almost used up. And what's changed?
Al Sharpton dresses a lot better now.
The urban black thugs are worse off (and worse) than they were in the 1960s.
