Yeah, it was. I do not mind the current NHL divisions, but, man, the original 6? That was some intense hockey. I was very young at that time, but growing up near Detroit, and Canada, provided some fantastic NHL memories.

I still say that if you live in a city where people can't have a rink in their backyard during the winter (because of the balmy weather), you don't get a hockey team.
RIP, Marcel Pronovost. It was not just a coincidence that he played on 5 Stanley winners. He was an excellent hockey player.
