Been there done that, multiple times. The best way to find out what foods Are bothering you is to keep a food diary. Then avoid those foods and food chemicals, such as MSG etc.

When I had an allergy test, it was found that I had no food allergies, but that I was allergic to whatever was in the air in my local environment..I'm surrounded by trees in a somewhat rural area. Shortly after I moved to this area, I developed the loss of smell/taste. After taking the allergy meds that I listed, I no longer lose my sense of smell/taste once a year, as I did for the last three years b/4 I saw the allergist.
