Test the water downriver of most treatment plants and you will see Columbia's Finest (among other things) in surprising concentrations.
Which is why I haul the crap down to my former local family pharmacy of 30 yrs to be disposed of correctly.
When we were DOD MANDATED in 4/14, we either use Base or Express Scripts for daily meds, we knew their would be wrong script issues, and once they hand it to you they will not take it back.
I make them check mine at the Base before I accept them. Especially my Synthroid. If it is light grey, it is correct. If it is brown it’s the CRAP generic that has 30% less hormone in it. (Generics DO NOT have to meet the same medical value as the name brand.) Had to make them return a script last Tue as all they had was a generic I can’t take. I then took the script down to my local family pharmacy and had filled.
They can’t even take your BP at the Base, had a med reaction that caused my heart rate and BP to cause chest pain and nearly pass out, had to drive 2 blocks to my local family pharmacy to have it done. Once the pain pills kicked in, BP went back down enough so I could drive home. I wasn’t about to call for an ambulance when all I needed was to get the pain under control.
