I believe she was quoting from a poem or something with the “Ah ain’t no ways tarred” speech. I don’t know if it was written phonetically like that or not (as in many publications). But she sounded like a blooming pandering idiot, that is for sure. I’d not have chosen that quote.

I grew up with the typical New Orleans accent. When I got out into the world and heard other people speak I then realized how stupid the New Orleans accent makes people sound.

I had to work on it for years but was finally able to change the accent. Now I have no discernible accent.

My guess is that Hitlery is coached by speech coaches before each speech and/or town-hall meeting and is reminded that she must maintain a certain accent.
