What an idiot. One of Pittsburgh's largest draft organizations is based in the Dominican Republic.

I don't think he's counting Dominicans (or Cubans or Venezuelans or Panamanians) as African-American.

Blame Johnson or Nixon or whoever it was who came up with these racial categories.
