On 1990-06-11 the Supreme Court in the case of United States v. Eichman struck down the Flag Protection Act, ruling again that the government's interest in preserving the flag as a symbol does not outweigh the individual's First Amendment right to disparage that symbol through expressive conduct.

You sited me the the year 1989. I sited you the year 2012 in U.S. Law. Everything has changed since 911.

Moreover, Wiki (means edit). Anyone can edit Wikipedia.

My source is the actual Feds. So not only is my link a none editable site unlike yours. It’s in the last 3 yeas vs. yours 26 years old.
