I dislike those commodes that are bolted to the wall. Yes, I weigh 250 lbs & wonder how much are they load tested for.
In Uzbekistan where I was deployed there were usually footprints on either side of the port-a-john seat.
Working on large construction sites with sometimes iffy toilet trailers, I developed the habit of taking a quick glance under the stall door before entering (in the event the latch was defective and somebody was already un there).
That method worked fine until I went to a site with a bunch of Iranian and Pakistani engineers. Footprints indeed.
Dude those are set up with a heavy cast iron flange bolted into the concrete and 5/8 threaded rod and nuts holding the commode! it's not gonna come of the wall with you or a 350 pounder sitting on it, relax.
