It might work, but my question would be, then what? You've got a rocket sitting on a net in the ocean. How do you get it back to shore and get it off the net?

Build a long bar fixture for attachment to the rocket, using ring clasps. Use a ship’s crane attached to the long bar fixture attached to rocket and lift rocket onto cargo ship.
