seems most places have leash laws except in dog parks and even less places let dogs run loose/unattended through the neighborhoods, at least round here, maybe different in Fla Do people keep their dogs inside the house 24/7 or do they let them out and take them to parks to run, get fresh air and enjoy Gods land as they were intended to do....God gave them hunting skills and claws for a reason and it isn't to sit on window sill. I can't believe such ignorance.
