That’s a nasty damn hill east outside of Laramie.
The elevation up on top is somewhere around 6000 feet and when the snow flies and the wind blows you better not be out there

I learned to take the road south out of Laramie. Cant remember if it was 281 or what now. But it runs from Laramie to Ft Collins.
