Italy will probably just send them to the U.S.. Years ago that is what most of the Caribbean Islands would do. Back in the 90’s my sister-in-law lived in the Cayman Islands and when a boat/raft from Haiti would end up on their island they would provide medical care, food and the next flight to Miami.
