Umm, that is too close a match in their looks and location for them not to be closely related.

After watching the video, they are not as close as the picture makes you think. Pre-makeup, the do look similar but not identical. Also, one is quite a bit taller than the other.
I would still bet they are related. Maybe at a first or second cousin level.
