Seriously? If so, I'm not surprised, just surprised that they would admit it. In many places, it is illegal, but I have no doubt that the law is flouted all the time.

I'm not sure what they mean by that. Do they mean that the person who includes those things is likely to discriminate, or likely to accuse the EMPLOYER of discrimination? Or something else?
