Does ROKU have a USB port? What if I have an external harddrive full of recorded video and want to watch through the ROKU (for some unknown reason)

I guess the TV has more than one port, but its just a question

roku does have a usb port but you have to “add” special “channels” to it that know how to read what’s on the usb device AND they’re extremely finicky about the exact formats that can be interrupted.

WD offers similar devices with internal hard drives that play various video formats, and have various channels to watch also. If the videos are in MP4 or m4v formats you can add to an iTunes library and stream through AppleTV.
