I plan on running an ethernet cable to the Roku box. I have wireless but I prefer not to use it if given the choice.

also, there are private Roku channels, many for free, that can be added to the Roku by clicking on these while logged into your Roku account online. From what I have gathered they are “private” as opposed to appearing in the Roku store.
