I got a lot of interest when I started a thread the other day about the Star Trek Continues webseries and others, so for all you Trekkies out there, here's another ST-TOS thread for you lot. :)

They have begun showing it weekdays at 3 P.M. Central time on METV.

I have seen all the episodes multiple times but not in quite a few years. Some were better than others but overall, it was a pretty darned good tv show.

You guys hear the story about how it go cancelled?

I think Steve Gibson mentioned this on his “Security Now” podcast.

According to Roddenberry, at the time the Nelsen ratings only tracked total viewers. For the time slot it was not outstanding.

It was only after the show was canceled that they started tracking actual demographics.

And Star Trek had the BEST demographics once they went back and looked at them OF ALL TIME...
