I think that Tiger’s joints are too far gone to make it competitively anymore. His ligaments and tendons simply give out under the stress of a pro level golf game. And I doubt there is much he can do about it.
I don't agree with your assessment, I feel Woods' history of physical conditioning puts him in far better position to play at the age of 39 than anyone else at his age or older. I truly believe that his major problem right now is his mental game considering all that he's been thru over the past several years in both his personal life and injuries.
If he's got his head back together then he'll become a feared force on the tour like he was before......
