She should sue in Federal court under title 42 section 1983 against the state for violating her first amendment right to peacefully assemble.
If she has a federal case, maybe someone should offer to take it pro bono. I don’t think most 70 year old florists have the money to be taking on a court system that they have assumed, for all of their lives, was there to protect their liberty and freedom
personally, since these men had been longtime customers of her shop, and got wedding flowers from some other business to whom she referred them, I fail to see the damage they suffered. Just another tantrum and personal vendetta being played out in the “justice system”
