The rudy purge saw a lot leave. Some were zotted, many others left in response including my mentor, King Prout. It was one of the darker episodes in FR history and in the view of many, including myself, uncalled for. As always this is a private website and we all post at the pleasure of its owners. If we don’t like it we can leave.
Others got bored over time, got tired of the free for all, got insulted one too many times, found places they liked more. I leave periodically but so far have come back.

I can see why some would not contribute if they are insulted for uncalled reasons one day and then be banned the next.
None of this stuff has to be taken that seriously.
