Yet another black-on-white murder. Federal stats collated from local law enforcement data show this number to be about 400 a year. I wonder if this is an undercount. How do they factor in localities that don’t track homicides by race?

A good question to ask is: how many black pizza delivery persons have been murdered by white thugs?
Every time I read a story about a pizza delivery person being shot and killed, it's almost always a white delivery person and a black killer.

I wonder if this is an undercount. How do they factor in localities that don’t track homicides by race?What about the unsolved crimes? Most unsolved crimes are crimes committed more or less spontaneously by strangers with no clear motive.
