You've never owned an iPhone. . . you've claimed that for some time. . . so this is another one of your lies. Lie to us over and over and over. You have never owned an Apple product. You've said that many times. Why do you keep this litany up?
I have more experience using Apple products than you have running Windows products. It is true that Apple has disappointed me and I have stomped to bits a few ipads and iphones that pissed me off
How is the G3 for macro work?
How is the G3 for macro work?
“When I can say that I have never touched the screen of my cell phone only to have it not respond to my touch, that will be a breakthrough.”
Exactly! All the fiddling with a device trying to get it to DO what it claims = LOST TIME.
“But the display is amazingly beautiful. Dramatically so. This matters for maps, photos, etc.”
Samsung has nailed the phone/tablet display. An old lady and I were chatting about it at Costco (oh nooooooo, ANOTHER Godless, liberal, yet extremely well-run company!). We both have iPad Airs and yet wished for the Tab S display. They have different modes, and most of the time are set to the more dynamic ones for eye-pop, but in Basic Mode the Tab S has “the most color accurate display that we have ever measured for a Smartphone or Tablet” (according to Display Mate). So it’s just a killer display, period.
I’d be planning my next iPad purchase ASAP if they would put those displays inside. Apple’s is excellent, but compared side by side (even in Basic Mode) the Tab S excels. Too bad about Samsungs awful OS, though...
I agree. Same with the LG G3.
“this time even seeming to copy some of the iPhones design and features.”
At least it is widely admitted this time!
Apple’s stand on homo rights has pushed many non-apple people even farther away yet seems to have drawn many Apple fans even closer.
Ha! I thought it meant “word macro”. :-)
It does pretty good but I’ve only played around with macro photography. It does it by using the zoom feature. It gets really, REALLY close.
The I - Phone has not met its match.
Apple has a core customer base that views their products as exclusive and must have.
In much the same way I purchase Omega, Cartier,Ulysse Nardin and other watches for their Cache’.
Those watches they sell on HSN aren’t even close, even if they are supposedly automatic watches.
They ain’t even in the same category.
Next, Apple has what? A 25% share of the smart phone market while Android largely dominates the rest and Samsung is the largest installed candy bar, with 60% or more of that market.
However, Apple, with their puny 25% share dominates in one key area and it’s the only thing that matters in business.
MARGINS...
Apple, with its puny 25% market share, crushes the entire industry and is responsible for 80% of all profits in wireless devices and peripherals.
Samsung is losing so much money in wireless that the shareholders are becoming concerned and there is pressure to bail out of wireless.
I have owned Samsung for years and currently typing on a G5.
I will buy a G6 but, who knows if Samsung will be in the market for the next evolution.
I have a Samsung S3 and I really like the camera.
“The sodomite in charge of Apple made the decision to switch easy for me.”
He’s anti-gay. He does business with countries that execute gays.
The first mainframe(two Burroughs 6800’s) I ever worked on is now a phone.
Heck, I liked the camera in my Samsung S (the first one).
Most of the good smartphones today take good enough pictures for most people that there is no need for them to ever own a dedicated camera again.
I have a very good 4/3 camera that takes marginally better pictures than any smart phone. I also have many lenses for it, some dating back to the 1950’s thanks to cheap adapters. But my G3 does such a danged good job, and is always there, that about 90% of the photos I take now are with my phone. And it is the first one I’ve had that has such good photo editing software that I use it on every single picture I save.
My hobby is photography and I’ve been into it since I was the high school newspaper photographer in 1970. We have a saying: The best camera to use for a photo is the one you have on you.
Soooooo...when will MetroPCS pick up the Samsung Galaxy S6? They now have the S5 but it appears the S6 will be worth the wait. Hopefully we won’t have to wait long.
Both the Galaxy S6 and its curvy sibling will be available on all four major U.S. carriers and in retail locations like Best Buy, Amazon, Target, Walmart, Costco and Sam's Club. Regional carriers such as U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Boost Mobile and MetroPCS will also carry the Galaxy S6.
You do realize that Google (Android OS) have long been in the Pro-Homosexual/anti-Christian team for a long time, right? And that while Google’s CEO didn’t open mouth and insert foot like Cook did, they are no less “guilty”...
Yes, but Cook DID.
