The little clinton di##head tries to make a stand yes or no yes or no
I actually had a Liberal (former) friend (years ago) tell me that Stephanopoulous was unbiased. But then, she thought that the Media was further right than left.
The logical outcome is that the state must force all christians to participate in sodomy to obtain a business license.
Lots house was surrounded the same way.
Then it rained fire.
All this bullroar is to “prove” that we are all racist/sexist/homophobe.
Pence should have told Steponallofus to go p*** up a rope.
Too much faggie influence in government & society, IMO.
Any Conservative with half a brain would have given such a response.
Mike Pence isn't well prepared for the onslaught of the evil left.
It disgusts me that the pathetic Pence giving in to the left.
This is a form of fallacy argument known as "false choice." They intend to confine you to only the choices they provide so as to preclude you from answering on your own terms. It is a well worn liberal technique for forcing people to take their position because one of the choices is always portrayed as the more evil of the two.
Just goes to show how out of touch people are. I used to think the Media was unbiased too. I grew up and learned better.
George Straponaphallus, heh! I remember the rumors about that one back in Bubba Clinton’s day...
I’m still frustrated that George asked that inane question about whether states can ban contraception, in that GOP presidential primary debate. In retrospect, that was an opening salvo of the war on women meme.
I know the message needs to be packaged better than I can say it but eventually the following truths have to be told:
1. Not all discrimination is bad. The same people complaining about discrimination against homosexuals wouldn’t batt an eye if a bakery refused to make a neo-Nazi themed cake.
2. People will disagree on what discrimination is good and what is bad. This is really the crux of the problem as the homo-fascists want to be the sole dictators of what kind of discrimination is acceptable
3. The above points are the reason that the 1st amendment guarantees the right to free speech, even if it is discriminatory. From there emanates the right to free association, even if it is discriminatory. The founders felt that it was better to have private discrimination they did not necessarily agree with than to have the government dictate, at the barrel of a gun, what type of discrimination is allowed.
“No George, you tell me, should it be legal, in the state of Indiana, to discriminate against Jewish people by forcing them to bake Swastika cakes for NeoNazis against their conscience?
Then it rained fire.
I expect we are going to witness a replay.
Yep. Luke 17: “It was the same as happened in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building; but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all
Yes or no. Is it true you’ve stopped beating your wife?
The "media" aren't objective observers. They are deliberately biased agents who use their influence to support the other side.
We need to work at cutting their legs out from under them.
IF ANY REPUBLICAN OFFICE-HOLDER ISN’T EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH THE QUESTION, TO TURN IT AROUND, HE SHOULD NOT BE HOLDING THAT OFFICE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR LONG ENOUGH NOW FOR THE REPUBLICANS TO KNOW IT’S COMING AND BE ABLE TO TOSS IT BACK.
My question is why was he not prepared for this? Has he been living under a rock that he would be unaware that this very question would, not could, be asked? Matter of fact his answer should have been an easy one where he says that while gays certainly have a right to not be discriminated against, on the flip side people who hold religious beliefs should not be forced to go against their beliefs. They should not be subjected to lawsuits, as there are numerous choices to be had to secure the goods or services they desired. It also protects places of worship from running afoul of discrimination laws.
