How about Mary Anne Keetley, an innocent secretary who was severely injured when a bomb went off in her hand while she was handling mail at Pomona College in Claremont, Calif., in 1969? Or Robert E. Fassnacht, a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin who was killed by a bomb in 1970?
Weathermen bomb blew up the Oakland PGE substation near the Nimitz exit to the Oakland Airport in 1970`s. Shrapnel from that bomb came thru the thin walls of the Quonset hut in which we were working only couple hundred feet away. Luckily we were protected by 7 rows of steel shelving which had double back-to-back steel sheets as the shrapnel flew over our heads. Can we sue this commie bastard for attempted murder??
