I had a TSA approved lock, they cut it off, opened my luggage, searched in it, left a little note inside saying they searched it, and put in the crushed TSA-approved lock.

Now, that was rude.
Is it any wonder why these clowns are held in so low esteem?

“Now, that was rude.”

In China, soldiers zoomed up to me and said COME in English. They marched me into a concrete room, pointed at my suitcase, said XRAY SHOW SOMETHING then OPEN OPEN OPEN (did I mentin they all had guns out?)

So I did and they found my 230-120 volt adapter, put it back, said CLOSE then ok! And they smiled and I was on my way to Xian with only minor shock. That was rude but typical of Chinese efficiency.

The crushed lock at Denver was relatively OK.
