We can make fun of her driving skill and general intelligence all we want but I think there is something bigger at play here. I think she drives like that because she is of the opinion that all laws, including traffic rules, don’t apply to her. She thinks that as a member of the ruling class, she is special, and all the rules she enforces on you “little people” don’t apply to her.
