Government always has lots of stupid young people to do menial work. They’re naive, and don’t mind being made fools of for future opportunities.
A lot of leading commentators and consultants were foolish young puppets in some branch of government.
We used to joke about it when new ones came in. "That one will tell you to put your underwear into separate piles and then put a bullet in the back of your head." They haven't been asked to go that far---yet.
