Recall the famous Saudi prince’s remark that it was so easy to buy off American politicans.. and those that wouldn’t take cash while in office would still do the Islamicist’s bidding while in office so long as he assured them he was going to pay them off after they left office.
Also note that Carter was one of the earlier users of the “fully controlled charitable, so-called, foundation” as a depository vehicle for all the foreign (in his case, IslamoNazi) bribes. Hillary didn’t invent this mechanism, albeit she’s making a fortune off it (one of the very few things she’s done successfully while also on our public payroll).
