That sounds good in theory, but unfortunately there are far too many so-called Christians that have bought into the LGBT propaganda/theology. To wit, the ELCA adopted the LGBT platform a few years ago, after which I immediately canceled my membership and haven’t been back since. And the Catholic Church isn’t far behind the ELCA.

IMHO, it is no longer about doctrine, faith or The Word, but rather about how to fill the pews with as many people as possible and to He!! with G*d’s Word or Will. It’s a damn shame, and you’ll not have any luck with the PC Christian crowd.

Just sayin’. No offense intended.

Here’s a good read, with Bible proof texts:

http://www.reformed.org/documents/wcf_with_proofs/

The more such a confessional standard is promoted and actually adhered to, amazingly, God will foil the plans of the wicked and souls will be converted to Christ.

Amazingly, even though they do not fully subscribe to the above standard...

there are actual Reformed Christian Churches in Manhattan !

Christianity is spreading in China and the Middle East...

IMHO, the fact that most Conservatives now use the word “gay” for whatever else we used to use shows that we have given up the fight for family values on that point, wouldn’t you say?

>>but rather about how to fill the pews

The created things described in Romans 1:25+ were very religious.

Better to seek out the Creator as an Individual than to seek community within such a snake pit.

Well the head of the Episcopalians isn’t even a Christian.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/25/katharine-jefferts-schori-resign_n_5874432.html

Those affiliated with ACNA led an exodus of theologically conservative Episcopalians under the watch of Jefferts Schori, who upset conservatives with theological statements on things such as salvation. In an interview with Time magazine, she was asked, “Is belief in Jesus the only way to get to heaven?” She replied, “We who practice the Christian tradition understand him as our vehicle to the divine. But for us to assume that God could not act in other ways is, I think, to put God in an awfully small box.”

In 2009, Jefferts Schori denounced “the great Western heresy — that we can be saved as individuals, that any of us alone can be in right relationship with God,” which angered evangelicals and church traditionalists.

And an ordained PCUSA Presbyterian pastor said that he didn’t even accept that you had to believe in God to be a Christian.

The flock has been led astray by secular humanist unitarians and atheists.
