No different than any other city really. You have your high crime neighborhoods and your low crime neighborhoods.
The crime rate is on its way down since we got open/concealed carry, stand your ground laws and a pro second amendment police chief.
Don't think there are any "low crime" neighborhoods in Detroit.
Once again, for 2015 the big "D" is the most dangerous city in America.
