True, but they are not as harmful as the drugs.
I’ve had a few reactions to herbs, but never vitamins or minerals.
But when it comes to drugs, I’m the side effect queen at the pharmacy. Some times all it takes is 1 pill and it will take days to flush the side effects out of my system. As I age it gets worse.
