I was joking. Obviously the line aren’t worried about offending foreign exchange students. They don’t want to offend America hating liberals, illegals and Muslims. That is the PC crowd.

Personally, if I were a foreigner who busted my ass to immigrate to the United States, I'd be offended at the "all cultures are equal" crap. "No, they're not! Why do you think I came here!"
